H series High Speed Ldpe Film Blowing Machine

USES:
This machine is suitable for blowing high density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic film, widely used in food, clothing, textiles, daily necessities and other civil goods and industrial products packaging.
The raw materials can be formulated to produce pearlite film and degradation film.

Features:
1. Screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which has been nitriding treatment and precision processing, with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and durability.
2. The die head is plated with hard chromium, and its structure is spiral mandrel type. The extruded molten material is uniform, and the blown film has a good finish.
The lifting type of traction device can be adjusted according to different process requirements.
3. The take-up device adopts pressure friction take-up or central take-up, adjusted by torque motor, so that the take-up is smooth and easy to change.
