1.brief introduction
SJ series single screw extruder is used for processing of PP PE PET
ABS etc plastic material.Different material need equip
corresponding screw.
SJ series extruder cooperate with downstream equipment and die head
,it can produce plastic profile,sheet,pipe etc plastic products.
this extruder have advantages of high-speed
extruding,well-mixing,high precision temperature control,low
melting temperature,stable running etc.which guarantee the saving
of enegy and high qualilty finished products.
2.The characteristic of machine
A)The barrel and screw
The barrel and screw is made of high quality 38CrMoAlA alloy
steel,the surface of which is done nitriding treatment,the
thickness of nitriding is 0.5-0.8mm,the roughness degree of barrel
inner wall Ra≤0.4um ,the hardness of barrel ≥950HV . It has high
hardness,anti-wear and anti-rust etc advantag.The barrel is slotted
and equipped with prolonged cooling water sleeve and force feeding
device ,which can feed material effectively.
B)Gearbox
This machine adopt high strength hard gear face gear box,the body
adopt bevel wheel driving,gear is made from 20CrMoTi and it is
treated by cementite and grinding,the distribution box is made from
38CrMoALA and is treated by nitriding,the shaft is made from
40Cr.the distribution adopt SKF bearing.The force lubricating
system and force cooling system is equipped.The gear box have
advantages of little size,beautiful appearance,high precision,high
strength,long working life and low noise etc.
