1. Screw and barrel

The screw is made of high quality 38CrMoAlA alloy steel,the surface of screw is done nitriding treatment,the thickness of nitriding is 0.5-0.8mm,the roughness degree of barrel inner wall Ra≤0.4um ,the hardness of barrel ≥950HV,It has high hardness,anti-wear and anti-rust etc advantage.

2. Gear box

This zipper machine adopt high strength hard gear face gear box,the body adopt bevel wheel driving,gear is made from 20CrMoTi and it is treated by cementite and grinding,the distribution box is made from 38CrMoALA and is treated by nitriding,the shaft is made from 40Cr.the distribution adopt SKF bearing.The force lubricating system and force cooling system is equipped.The gear box have advantages of little size,beautiful appearance,high precision,high strength,long working life and low noise etc
